The list of exhibitors was added to the site some time ago. It includes all the exhibitors who have booked in at this stage.
There are several new exhibitors this year as well as some old favourites returning. Take a look at the list to see the wide variety of exhibits.
The list is updated regularly and the hall plan will be added when it is finalised.
The 2014 Exhibitor List.
Visitors to our show no doubt enjoy all the displays but few would have any idea of the effort the exhibitors put in to get their displays ready for the show. The following are some progress photos of just one display, Lego City.
Gotta start somewhere
This is the first time Lego City has been exhibited and the first time Hawkesbury Model & Hobby Show has had a Lego display. Another great reason to visit this year’s event.
Work in progress as Lego City grows.
There are a couple more images on our gallery.
There is only a few days left to apply to exhibit at this year’s Hawkesbury Model & Hobby Show. Applications will close at the end of the month. After that date any applications received won’t be considered unless a space becomes available. The hall is around 90% full now so there is not much space left.
There is still plenty of room in the grounds for outdoor exhibits to join the vehicles, rides and machinery already booked in.
A list of the exhibits for 2014 will be added to the site very soon. There are several new displays this year.
If you would like to be part of the 2014 event please contact us now.
Each year the profits from our event are donated back to the community. We have assisted a variety of causes over the last few years by donating the grand total of $18,895 so far. This year our major recipient will be Riding for the Disabled Tall Timber Centre. RDA provides horse riding and associated activities for people with disabilities, follow the link for more information.
As well as RDA we will be supporting CF NSW, St John Ambulance Hawkesbury and Henry Doubleday Research Association.

We have a limited number of spaces for hobby trade stands too. There is limited space in the hall but we also accept applications for outside displays such as vehicles and machinery.
There is no charge to exhibitors with displays, traders pay a small fee based on your takings.
See the Exhibitor page for details and a contact form.
There will be a forum following the Annual General Meeting next Wednesday. The forum is open to anyone with an interest in the show. Among the topics will be feedback on this year’s show and ideas for the coming year.
The forum and AGM will be held in the Stan Stevens Studio at Deerubbin Centre (aka Windsor Library) at 7:15pm. Supper will follow the forum, a gold coin donation is requested to offset costs. Only financial members can take part in the AGM.
The showground has been booked for the 2014 Hawkesbury Model & Hobby Show on 5th & 6th July. Planning will start soon for an even bigger show than this year.
